One Team was founded in 1997 by two structural engineers from Milan, Carlo Gastaldi and Riccardo Perego, who already had over ten years of entrepreneurial experience in the application of information technology to design, each in their own company.
The name One Team was chosen for this reason, to bring together, in one team, the experiences and excellences matured in different worlds.
This process of improvement and strengthening, also through acquisitions, persisted in time: we remind here the most recent operation: the acquisition of CAD&CAD, with branches in Brescia and Reggio Emilia, that took place in 2017.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Previously, after Carlo Gastaldi retired from the company (2011), One Team under the guidance of Riccardo Perego begun an important journey in the Research and Development field, with tenders financed by the European Union. Indeed, the 2011-2014 period sees the completion of the Innovance project, conducted with ANCE<\/strong> and Politecnico di Milano<\/strong>, for the realization of a prototype of process digitalization in the construction chain.<\/p>

It was the dawn of BIM in Italy, and then additional initiatives originated from One Team for its consolidation. We remember amongst these the participation to the works for the UNI 113337<\/strong> normative (begun in 2014 and still ongoing, with a first release in 2017), and the writing of ICMQ<\/strong> of the first Regulation of the Certification for BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator and BIM Specialist (2016).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The world changes and technologies evolve rapidly, but our commitment to aid their correct use to design and manage our endeavors remains constant.<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The endeavor of researching the application of digital technologies to construction and manufacturing has been growing constantly, with projects such as BIMReL<\/strong> (Bim Regione Lombardia 2017-2019), BIM4EEB<\/strong> (BIM for energy efficiency of existing buildings, 2019-2022), ECOFACT<\/strong> (application of Digital win methodology to the study of the \u201csmart factory\u201d to reduce energy consumption, 2020-2024) and INFINITE<\/strong> (another application of Digital Twin for continuous smart fronts, again to reduce energy consumption and support environmental sustainability).<\/p>

Meanwhile, the entry in the smeup<\/a><\/strong> Group bore its first tangible results, from the one hand with the aforementioned Cad&Cad acquisition, and from the other with the opening in 2018, of one of the first Italian Show Room, located in Erbusco, dedicated to technologies revolving around the concept of Industry 4.0 (IoT, virtual and augmented reality, Artificial Intelligence, etc.). On the association and relationship with institution, One Team<\/strong> was also at the forefront. We remember, as an example, its role as a founding partner of AssoBIM<\/strong> (2017), the participation to AIS<\/strong> \u2013 Associazione Infrastrutture Sostenibili (2020), and the presentation, with AssoBIM and the support of essentially the whole construction world (Ance, Federcostruzioni, UNI, Politecnico di Milano, Consiglio Nazionale di Ingegneri, Architteti e Geometri, etc.) to the MISE<\/strong> (2020) and MIMS<\/strong> (2021) of a letter of intents with the purpose of governmental approval of the project for a National Construction Portal.<\/p>

Nowadays One Team<\/strong> is in the front line in the matters concerning BIM implementation and, in more general terms, process digitalization in Stazioni Appaltanti Pubbliche (??), in order to accelerate the achievement of the objectives of our PNRR<\/strong>. Similarly, and for the same reasons, the support to design studies and construction or production companies continues and increases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
